This is a production photo from a production of "Spike Heels" by Theresa Rebeck at Texas Christian University. Director Claire Parker, Scenic Designer Brianna Bonilla, Lighting Designer Jim Rogers. For this design i chose R09, R52,R351,R43 and R16. Each light had R119 diffusion added. I chose these colors to convey a soft look in the apartment while allowing the characters some depth using variations of the warm and cool tones as front and rear lighting. The play is rather raunchy at times so i decided to use a little bit of pink to spice it up to exhibit some of the characters personalities as we changed apartments.
